WWE Raw 10/9/17 Result

Segment: A very special segment of The Miz TV as the show opener where the guest were Sheamus and Cesaro. It was interrupted by Roman Reigns and later joined by Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose it was the reunion of The Shield and attacked The Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro. When we thought it was over The Shield gave an triple power bomb to The Miz in the ring.


 Match 1: JasonJordan vs Karl Anderson.

Karl Anderson were set to face Jason Jordan and as the match went forward it was an clean technical match where both the superstars shows their best.

Winner: Jason Jordan.


Segment: Backstage, Raw General Manager Kurt Angle went to check on The Miz and it led to an harsh talk. Then Angle quickly made a match when-in The Shield will face the team of Sheamus, The Miz and Cesaro in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at WWE TLC.

Match 2: Elaihas vs Apollo with Titus O'Neil.

The match started when Elaihas was set to sing a new song for the WWE Universe and Titus O'Neil interrupts and challenges Elaihas to face Apollo. Elaihas defeated Apollo and got the win.

Winner: Elaihas.

Segment: WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore made his way to the ring with the micro phone in his hand and mocked the Raw General Manger Kurt Angle as to when he said that the was given a word where if anyone from the Cruiserweight division puts their hands on him, then they will never ever get a title the match until Enzo is the champ - and then beings out Kalisto to attack Enzo.

Angle music hits and he makes his way to the ring, Enzo pulls out the paper with Angle’s signature regarding the decision he made. Angle explains that Kalisto was added to the Cruiserweight division after he signed the paper. Enzo dis-agreed with the decision and asked why was Kalisto added to Cruiserweight and remove asked Angle to remove him from the title match, but Angle made the match for the Cruiserweight title on Raw later itself. Enzo then agreed and said that he will only put the title on the line in the main event. Angle agreed and made it an Lumberjack match where the entire Cruiserweight division who hates Enzo will be at the ring side.

Match 3: Braun Strowman vs. Matt Hardy.

Michael Cole: “If Matt Hardy is not careful tonight, then he will join his brother in the injured list along with his brother.”

Strowman made his entrance to the ring and waited for Matt Hardy. The match started and the Hardy was already in a bad state as he was being manhandled by Strowman. Hardy also tried his finishing move side-effect to Strowman and was unsuccessful.

Coming back from the commercial Strowman was still squeezing the skull of Hardy. Later Hardy was successful in throwing Strowman out of the ring and gained some time for him and then gave twist of fate to Strowman as he entered the ring and pinned him and Strowman broke out the pin at two. Strowman then gave an thunderous choke-slam Hardy to win.

Winner: Braun Strowman.

After the match Strowman was not yet done and attacked Hardy outside the ring and carried him on his shoulder to the entrance ramp. As he was taking him The Shield showed up and there was an face to face showdown between Strowman  and The Shield, and then attacked The Shield.

The Shield later took down Strowman and triple power bomb Strowman to the announcers table and left the WWE Universe again on their edge.


Segment: Backstage promo of The Shield, where in they announced that they are officially back as one team and they are ready to face 3 on 3, 4 or 5 and set to take on the world if they have to.

Segment: In ring, Mickie James made his way to the ring and got the micro-phone and spoke about her match at WWE TLC and how Alexa Bliss acts in a way and behave. James stated that she is only concerned about the number seven as to she is on the quest to be the first women in the WWE history to be the seven-time WWE Women’s Champion.

Bliss made her way out to the entrance ramp and introduced an very old-fashioned made video in tribute for James about her wrinkles and calling James an ‘grand mom’ and told James to go home as she has passed her sleeping time. Bliss later made her way to the ring to face James before their WWE TLC match and turned and started to walk away, James quickly attacked her and walked away.

Segment: WWE cut’s to the promo of Asuka of her debut on WWE TLC. Then camera opened Backstage with Kurt Angle along with Sasha Banks and Bayley, later joined by Alexa Fox, Dana Brooks and Emma as they wanted to face Asuka at her debut. Angle made a quick match where-in the five of them will face each other in an five on five elimination match and the winner will face Asuka on her debut at TLC.

Match 4: Jack A. Gallagher and Brian Kendrick vs.Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali.

This match was a very short match just to fill in the gaps between the segments on Raw where-in Jack A. Gallagher and Brian Kendrick won the match or as they say ‘there is always a plan’

Winner: Jack A. Gallagher and Brian Kendrick.

Segment: As Bray Wyatt said last week that it is time to bring out Sister Abigail soon to the world. It is all set for the WWE Universe’s questions to be answered. If Sister Abigail is for real or it is a imaginary mind game which is played by Wyatt against Finn Balor before WWE TLC.

Segment: Backstage. Kurt Angle was interpreted by The Miz and he said that he should make it an 3 
on 4 match at WWE TLC as The Shield said that they can face 3 on 4 or 5 and Angel agreed to it and introduced Strowman as the 4th member of their team.


 Segment: In ring, Finn Balor made his entrance to the ring with a slow walk to know the truth just as the WWE Universe is eager to know and said that he will also show the world what he truly is, he grabs the micro-phone and says that Bray Wyatt is desperate to show the WWE Universe what he truly is.

Wyatt shows up on the entrance titantron and says the Sister Abigail was dead and now she is back and she is going to bring the ‘Season Of the Witch’. Later she appears in form of Bray Wyatt and spoke as to how Wyatt is going to finish Balor - as Balor will be facing Wyatt and her at WWE TLC.

Michael Cole say on this: “I would pick a dollar and go to church”

Match 5: Sasha Banks vs Bayley vs Alexa Fox vs Dana Brooks vs Emma. (Elimination Match - Winner will face Asuka on her WWE TLC debut)

Match started were five of the WWE Divas picked their prey and attacked each other. Emma kept herself away as the four Divas other faced each other. Later Emma and Brooks teamed up against Fox. Bayley entered the ring and cleared the air and attacked Brooks and eliminated her with a pin, then Fox pinned Bayley from behind and eliminated Bayley. Sasha kept staring in shock as Bayley made her way out of the ring.

After the commercial, Fox and Emma teamed up against Sasha and out her on the ring side. Later Sasha quickly throws Emma out of the ring and made Fox to submit. Emma quickly enters the ring and pinned Sasha from behind to steal the win.

Winner: Emma – Emma will face Asuka was her debut at WWE TLC.

Backstage Segment: Renee Young introduces Finn Balor and asked him as to what he felt of Sister Abigail. Balor said that now he know what he is suppose to do and he know how to defeat Bray Wyatt.

Match set for next week Roman Reigns will face Braun Strowman in a steal cage match.

Backstage Segment: Renee Young introduces Kalisto and he say that he has to win this match to make Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio proud.

Match 6: Enzo Amore vs. Kalisto (Cruiserweight Championship Match – Lumberjack match )

The Lumberjack’s has surrounded the ring as the champion Enzo makes his way to the ring with his microphone and says his usual catchy lines and insults the lumberjacks, which led to the challenger Kalisto to make his way out to the ring. Enzo kept the pace and attacked Kalisto. Kalisto threw Enzo twice outside the ring but he quickly made his way in the ring before the lumberjacks lays their hand on him.

After the commercial, It can been seen that the lumberjacks were having an heated argument with each other. Kalisto later launches himself from the top rope to a pin and resulted unsuccessful. Enzo later threw Kalisto outside the ring and the lumberjacks attacks him and pushes him into the ring.

Enzo holds Kalisto in a sleeper hold position in the ring, he later breaks it and goes to kick Kalisto into the ribs and Kalisto turns it around and pins Enzo and ends up unsuccessful again. Outside the ring the lumberjacks erupts in a brawl with each other – to which Kalisto launches Enzo and himself over the lumberjacks.

Mustafa Ali breaks the pin when Enzo was over Kalisto. Later, Kalisto get Enzo on the top rope and launches him to the ring mat and pinned Enzo and gained the win.


Winner: Kalisto – New Cruiserweight Champion.
